We actually left the house last night, an event worthy of a mid-week update for sure.  Donette went out for one of her Team Challenge training events, while I joined Munkirs on our regular Tuesday night bike ride.  My ride finishes at the Mission Farms shopping center, which we decided would make as good a place as any for a quick dinner.  We decided to have a bite at Blanc Burger, due in no small part to the fact we had a Groupon.  I’ve only been to Blanc once, and not the Leawood location.  I guess I do enjoy their burgers, but they seem a bit overpriced for my admittedly tight wallet.  The Groupon took care of that part though;  It brought it down well within my range.  Donette ordered the “INSIDE OUT” and I had the “BISON,” and we shared an order of the sweet potato fries.  Wow, solid burgers.  We cut them in half and swapped plates at the mid-way point, and I really didn’t decide which I liked better.  (Donette gave a slight edge to the Bison.)  As to the fries…  Well I don’t really even like sweet potato fries, can’t explain why I ordered them.  It was a great meal though, we will definitely be back in the near future.  I should say, we’ll definitely be back at least twice, because we’ve got two more Groupons.
